Marta and Elena open the finca built by their father, the bullfighter Dámaso González, to celebrations. They begin with small events: “with luck, two weddings a year”.

The finca
A grove of pale-trunked trees, white courtyards with a fountain, gardens with water and covered halls: a whole wedding in one place.

IThe entrance
White arches with tiled caps, banana plants in pots and a fountain at the centre, ringed by trees. It is the first thing your guests see.

Pale-trunked trees, lawn, a stone stream and a waterfall: ceremony, drinks and dinner without leaving the estate.

Large covered spaces for cold or hot days. The staff dress and set them to your taste.

Round tables beneath strings of bulbs, between whitewashed walls and arches, the countryside beyond.
The day
An afternoon and a night, told by the light. This is how a wedding day unfolds at Finca Los Prados, calculated for a real date.
18:15 · Arrival
You enter by a courtyard of white arches with a fountain at its centre and trees all around. There is parking, and Albacete is about sixteen minutes away by car.

19:15 · The ceremony
In the house’s own photographs the ceremony is held in the grove: chairs on the lawn, a canopy of branches and fabric, and the trees all around. There is a space set aside for the civil ceremony.
20:00 · Drinks reception
The welcome drinks are served outdoors, in several corners: timber bars among the trees and tables of cheese and fruit beneath an olive tree.

21:36 · Sunset
While the drinks go on, the light turns gold, then pink, then blue. This is the hour for portraits among the trees and beside the water.
22:00 · Dinner
Dinner can be served in the grove or in a covered hall: there are large spaces ready for cold or hot days. The kitchen is that of the finca’s exclusive caterer.

In the hall
A large hall with a draped ceiling. The staff dress it and set it to your taste.

With night, strings of lights and spotlights come on through the garden, and the party carries on in the dance area. The open bar is included in the menu.
